GoogleAfter many visits and viewings of houses & flats with other agencies, one visit with Cubix Estate Agents and the perfect home was found. I could not which for more. They both did a brilliant job. All questions answered as soon as possible and any problems were sorted without having to chase or double check. They were extremely professional and welcoming both in person and via emails/phone calls. One of the best estate agency in London! A big thank you for finding me my perfect home, I would recommend them to anyone trying to find a flat/house in London. Definitely worth it.

GoogleI was disappointed to have been stood up as the agent didn't arrive on time in the middle of my tight schedule then to be harassed with phone calls with a text message telling me; 'You have one opportunity to call back and apologise or I will find you'. In additional to the threat (that I will be sending forward to the local trading standards), they sent a message via whatsapp sending a picture of myself (from my profile picture) with the message; 'I know what you look like'. Is it appropriate to speak to a potential client that way? They certainly sent a shockwave of unprofessionalism that I had never experienced before. Avoid this cowboy agency!

GoogleMy boyfriend and I were first time buyers, and our seller was using Cubix. As we were new to the market I tried to do lots of research on the kind of things that estate agents try to trip you up or or cover up, and I found that Raste from Cubix was nothing but honest and efficient with us. He was easy to get hold of and was quick at coming back to us. Our seller was older and not digitally-savvy which made things difficult, but Raste facilitated communication quickly and professionally. When we exchanged, he even greeted us at the door with a bottle of bubbly, which promptly made me cry! He was fantastic and I just hope that he is still working in London when we come to sell!

GoogleA very friendly real estate agency, I recommended it to a few relatives and friends and they were all very happy and satisfied with their services. They are not like the big, well-known companies in London, they are real estate agents who deal with them one-on-one. Their information and services from A to Z make people feel comfortable. They also have workers who speak Turkish, they are great for friends who cannot speak English 100% safely in London.

GoogleCouldn't recommend Cubix enough! They really are the best agents out there, no playing games just really honest advice. Have managed our flat for the last 2 years, they have been super easy to get in touch with and sorted out any problems we had very quickly. Kai and Raste are both really friendly and just makes the whole process easy! 10/10 would recommend.

GooglePerfect Service! Always a telephone call away, they have found us tenants and also dealt with any issues we have full management with Cubix and never need to deal with the tenants directly. Sometime even forget we have a property on rent as we don’t deal with anything. We have recently put a house up for sale with cubix and already a offer has been made.

GoogleKai and Raste are very helpful. They respond pretty quickly. They outline all the fees so no hidden fees or surprises. Even with maintenance requests, they resolve it in timely manner. Had a pleasant time through the application process and during the tenancy :)

GoogleCubix are great at helping you communicate with your landlord and settle any possible dispute that might arise. They are impartial and highly-organised, and charge a fair fee for an excellent service. Would definitely go with them again - one of the few reliable estate agents in London.

GoogleRefreshing change to most estate agents I've come into contact with. Extremely friendly and attentive to my needs. Easily contactable whenever needed and nothing seems like too much of an ask. GoogleI been 4y and 9month in a flat under Cubix and i can't say nothing bad about cubix. They been really helpful, always available. The best estate in london. Really recommend! Specially Raste, he was my agent, he was really the best!

GoogleIt's a very good agency. The agents I met were very nice. They generally take good care of the landlord's house. Neither the agent nor the landlord would make things difficult for the tenant. Overall, it's a very good agency. International students can consider them.
