As you know, we’ve been in communication several times since the situation unfolded, and we want to acknowledge again how frustrating and disappointing this experience must have been. To clarify, the decision to withdraw from the tenancy was made solely by the landlord. We did everything we could to work with him to secure the deal, but unfortunately, his decision was final. As you are aware, the contract was not signed by the landlord and therefore was not legally binding, which gave him the ability to withdraw at the last minute. We understand how unsettling and stressful this was for you, especially given the timing, and we’re truly sorry it happened. All payments were returned promptly, and we've done our best to be transparent and communicative throughout. While we deeply regret the outcome, please know this was not a situation we could control, and it was certainly not our choice. We genuinely wish things had worked out differently for you.
