Dear Klaudia, First off thank you for your kind message towards our team and on our onboarding process. We truly appreciate. Regarding your deposit, we are very sorry about the delay and made all we could to reduce this time. Unfortunately, the landlord wasn't responsive to our requests and thus we could not act without their agreement. We finally decided to release the full deposit even if we had, in the end, to pay for some work to put the property back on the market. We are fully aware that the end of a tenancy is a stressful process and we are working to improve our own processes to make the end of your stay with us as smooth and transparent as possible. Your feedback here is a great tool for us to improve and we have already implemented some changes that make this moment less stressful. Dear Jones Oparaugo, Thank you for taking some time to write us a review, even though the outcome is not the one we expected. We are sorry for this experience and want to make sure that despite the situation, we provide you with the right support. I would also like to remind you at this time, that we were forced to remove you from the property using a section 21 process as, upon taking occupation of the room in this HMO, you moved your cousin in with you in a breach of the tenancy agreement. Furthermore, during the six months in which you were a resident, we received reports from the other residents of threatening behaviour from you and I understand on two occasions the police had to be called out to temper the situation. Finally, the owner of the property in question has asked to recover the cost of replacing the mattress at the property, which in the little over 6 months you were residing at the property has been damage with various stains making it unhygienic for another person to use. We are truly sorry you feel this way. Our company strives to provide the best possible service to both our renters and owners. In fact, for your tenancy, after we gave you notice, we were flexible enough with you to allow you to leave early and refunded you advance payments of rent within 24 hours of you leaving, so that you could fund your stay in a new property. Dear Roxy, I am really sorry that you are having a bad experience. We have tried to locate you in our records and our emails with no success. If you could send us an email at hello@cozee.properties or call us at 020 3887 8100 with the details of the property you enquired for we will be more than happy to help you out. Finally I would like to point out that there is a company called Cozee Management based in Cardiff. We currently had to face a few complaints from prospective renters thinking that we were somehow connected. We want to make it clear that we have absolutely NO connections with this company and that we, Cozee Properties, are only operating in London at this time.
