My husband and I purchased a new-build condo two years ago, and from day one, Jenny and her team have been absolutely wonderful. From helping us (as foreign buyers) search for the right property, to keeping us updated throughout the construction process, and finally assisting us through completion last month, they’ve been with us every step of the way.
Right after closing, Cozee found us a tenant almost immediately, with virtually no downtime. Since my husband and I are not based in the UK, the team has gone above and beyond to handle all the day-to-day details that property owners would usually need to manage themselves. They’ve truly been a great partner and made the entire experience smooth and worry-free.

I submitted an enquiry late on a Friday night at 9:23 PM, not expecting much, but to my surprise, Jade responded almost immediately. She was still replying to emails close to midnight, and she got the offer sent to the landlord the very next morning.
Everything moved quickly and smoothly from there. Jade was clear, responsive, and professional, but also very approachable and easy to talk to. She really helped make the whole process feel stress-free, which is rare when you’re trying to secure a new flat.

GoogleReally reliable agent with a great selection of prime rental properties, Nadeer the agent who helped us arranged everything was particularly helpful, answered & solved every question with speed, professionalism, enthusiasm, and great attention to detail. They NEVER RETURN MY DEPOSIT after the tenancy ended without any communication. I’m seriously questioning whether their office even exists, as I was never able to meet anyone in person. I even went to the building’s reception and called them while there, but no one ever showed up. Highly unprofessional and deeply frustrating experience.
