GoogleHighly unprofessional! I was given a viewing for a particular time in day with a full address. No one showed up, no one answered my call, no one answer my voice mail. I had travelled from Oxford and it would have been really helpful if they could have informed me at the least.
We take all customer feedback seriously, but after thoroughly checking our records, we can find no trace of an order, interaction, or contact with a customer by this name. We suspect this is a fake review. We have reported it to Google, and we encourage this 'reviewer' to please contact us directly at hello@cozee.properties with proof of service so we can immediately address their concerns. Our commitment remains to our genuine customers.

GoogleThe place we rented is really great. I just have some concerns raised to the person who was liaising with us but I haven’t received any responses at all about them. These are us follows: leak in the roof and a broken knob. However, communication about contract and renewal, on the other hand, were promptly made. It doesn’t really sit well with me that they were very quick with responses that we us tenants have to address but when it comes to them having to address our concerns we don’t hear anything from them.
Hi, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you have these concerns. We have responded to your queries via email and as yet we have not had any response. As you have been renting with us for several years already, you know that we take any and all maintenance issues seriously and endeavour to have these resolved in a timely fashion. At cozee we also use Lofti so that all our renters can report any maintenance issues and ensure these are dealt with by the correct member of the team here. If you could please either come back to us via email or via lofti so that we can get these issue fixed for you.

Coming from the US, my family and I believed that the process of looking for a flat would be the same in London as is in the US, but were we wrong. By the time we landed in London, we had been in contact with almost 10 agents who all gave “promises” to help. It wasn’t until we came into contact with our agent, Lorida, that we knew we found the right person to help us look for a flat. Lorida made our experience very easy and was always very quick and helpful to answer our many many questions. Unlike the other agents from different companies, Lorida felt like a family friend - always very respectful, professional, and kind. We also really appreciated how honest and transparent Lorida was about the flats and neighborhoods in London, especially since we came into the flat hunting experience without much knowledge. We made an offer 2 hours after the viewing and signed the papers in the next few days. Thank you, Lorida - you’ve truly made our London flat hunting experience a most pleasant one, and we highly recommend Lorida!

Dear Ali, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately the offer which you had initially made on the property changed while you were being referenced and the landlord chose to decline your revised offer following a meeting with yourself. Following which we made arrangements for your holding deposit to be returned to you in full despite you changing your offer midway through the process. We advise all customers who we make any payments to that this can take between 3 - 5 working days to reach you account. I believe the team have acted with the upmost care during this process, however, I am sorry we were not able to help you move into a new property. I wish you well with your search

This estate agent managed the letting of my property for the last 1y3 months. Where do i start.. from the beginning, they have mismanaged the letting, have ignored logs from my tenants, had a high turnover of staff on both sides, letting management and maintenance, maintenance works have been billed without ever doing them or to a very poor standard (not completed, or door handle "fixed" with superglue). The agency has neglected their duty to the point that they have caused the property to be inhabitable. On top of things, they have suddenly terminated the service agreement, once I filed a complaint raising all the issues with them. They left me with a property in a disastrous condition. Stay clear at all cost.
