Dear Roxy, I am really sorry that you are having a bad experience. We have tried to locate you in our records and our emails with no success. If you could send us an email at hello@cozee.properties or call us at 020 3887 8100 with the details of the property you enquired for we will be more than happy to help you out. Finally I would like to point out that there is a company called Cozee Management based in Cardiff. We currently had to face a few complaints from prospective renters thinking that we were somehow connected. We want to make it clear that we have absolutely NO connections with this company and that we, Cozee Properties, are only operating in London at this time.

GoogleBig praise to Romulo who has been managing the house in Hampstead since we moved in. Despite being a new build we faced a number of issues from bad washing machine connections which flooded our kitchen, to issues with the curtains, underfloor heating, door handles coming off, flooring in the bathroom just to name a few. Since we have 2 young kids we never had to wait more than 6 hours for anything to be resolved. Really impressive and would recommend. Thank you.

GoogleWhat can I say about these guys? The fact that send contractors on a bank holiday to sort out my flat which was almost destroyed by the previous tenants and the previous agents failed to do a check out? I have engaged my solicitor as it was their responsibility to sort out this mess with the previous tenants but they keep saying it wasn't their fault. The fact that they found tenants at 35% higher rent and they managed to get 6 people to sort out the flat so the tenants could move in on Tuesday straight after bank holiday. If only people were taking such pride in doing their work everywhere. Well done team. Huge respect. Nick

GoogleWith my expanding portfolio of properties in London, I was struggling to keep up the management side of things. They've taken away all of the headaches that come with viewings, getting tenants in, paperwork, broken toilets. Stuff I had to deal with and lose sleep over!! GoogleGood agent for central london properties. the reason why not 5 stars is because the tenancy is still ongoing so want to make sure there will not be problems until the end and then i will amend to 5 stars. Zihan found a chinese student very quickly for my one bedroom apartment in Southbank. Fees are very competitive so hopefully they won't increase them. JA

GoogleContacted Lorida whilst in South Africa managed to do viewing, references and conclude the lease really fast and with the understanding that I'm moving to UK for the first time. Great team, great tech for onboarding and admin as well. She even went as far as being available for the day I moved despite arriving at 5am. Cozee goes above and beyond.
