GoogleWe have dealt with Coultons for almost two years, using their fully managed service for one of our rental properties. We are fortunate enough to have another rental property outside Coultons’ area so this enables us to compare the two agents/service. Coultons compare very favourably. They are professional, know their area inside out, and manage the rental very well. All the pressure is taken off the landlord, with the tenancy being dealt with directly by Coultons. They are responsive to the needs of the tenants, ensuring that any maintenance or contractual issues are managed promptly. However, we feel that the interests of the landlord are also fully considered and protected. Overall, we would recommend Coultons without any hesitation, to anyone looking for service and peace of mind. Thanks to all the team at Coultons, we really value our professional relationship. GoogleAlthough we were inundated with offers by multiple other estate agencies, we chose Coultons to manage the letting of our property in Chingford - we have definitely made the right decision. Coultons are responsive, available and clearly care about what they are doing. For the entire process, from finding and screening the most suitable tenants, to keeping us updated during the tenancy and being there for the 'bumps in the road' Coultons are hands-down, 100% reliable. They're also great to work with. Special mention goes to Rosita, Sandro, Paolo and Roberto - all are very knowledgeable and work well together as a team which as a customer makes using Coultons a no brainer.

GoogleOne of the best agencies that I have come across in London. They are very polite and understanding towards the clients. I got a 3bhk at a very reasonable price and nesilda was great at guiding me through the moving process and was always there to help me wherever and whenever required. Would definitely recommend this agency to my peers.

GoogleThese guys were amazing taking us through the process of selling our old house and buying our new one and they made everything so straight forward. Paolo came round and gave us great advice on getting the house ready for photos and viewings, and organised a fabulous photographer too. Then Tracy took over the reigns and held our hands through every step of the way and coordinated everything between ourselves, our solicitor, our buyers and their solicitor and the seller and their estate agent and solicitor. From listing our house in October 2020 we moved into our new home in February 2021 - an amazing turnaround and we could not have done this without them - we were not aware but these days they do so much more than just listing the house for sale. Their attention to detail when writing our property description was outstanding, as were the professional pictures they produced of the property prior to marketing. GoogleFound our house through Coultons. They were very helpful throughout the process. Chased up things when needed and always professional. Team members are friendly. After successfully completing our purchase, members of the team have followed up to check we have settled in okay and if they drive past stop to say hello if we are in front garden. Would highly reccommned using Coultons to buy or sell a property.

This Agent not very honest. I was told if I used the solicitor and lenders of the seller choosing, I will have a better chance to win the house. But surely this has nothing to do with the seller, in fact the Agent it self have an agreement with a firm of solicitors to refer work to them in return for a referral fee, which will be added to my bill. I found out soon after I agreed to use the recommended firm, as I was charged quite high fees by them. They acted fast somehow, that's the only positive I could think of, but once everything is settled (contract exchanged) they would not be bothering to answer any of your queries anymore.
