We were supported through the entire purchase process, and they both went above and beyond to keep my updated and reassured through the whole process, especially helpful in getting the conveyancing process done on both sides! GoogleAt first, everything seemed promising, my partner and I found a flat we loved, paid the deposit, and were told we could move in within a month. But that month turned into two, and eventually six. During this time, Coultons held our deposit, which we were okay with, as long as we could eventually move into the flat. However, after six months, they returned our deposit, claiming the landlord wasn’t renting out the flat anymore. To our surprise, the flat was relisted on their website and later rented out to someone else. We’ve tried to get answers through emails and by visiting the office in person, but we’ve been ignored. It’s been nearly a year, and I still haven’t received a response to my email. Judging by other reviews, we aren’t the only ones this has happened to. When we asked Coultons to help us find another flat, they completely ghosted us. It’s incredibly frustrating, and we just want answers.

GoogleAfter a long process due to a very strange housing market we've finally exchanged and set a completion date. Coultons were recommended to us and I'm so glad we chose them to work with us. Roberto, we couldn't have got through this without him. His knowledge, guidance, compassion, professionalism and patience has seen us through a stressful few months during which we would've given up if we hadn't had his support. This was by far from being an easy sale but due to Roberto's hard work and never give up attitude we kept going. Coultons provide a first class service and each member of staff we've encountered have been helpful and professional. Thank you Coultons, you helped us achieve our dream move.

GoogleI only have good things to say about Coultons. They know the local area and use their experience to give fair and accurate estimates of your house. I used Coultons Chingford to market my Mum's house and sold it successfully. They are professional and helpful and have always kept me updated of viewings, offers made and given me the information I needed to know about prospect buyers and their situation that helped me make the right decision of who to sell the house to.

GoogleWe recently sold our house in Garfield road with Coultons. It has been a very challenging period with the market , however I can not thank Roberto Falzone enough for his professionalism, local knowledge of the market. We sold really quickly within a month, however it fell through. We put it back on the market and it was sold again within 10 days thanks to Roberto and the fantastic team at Coultons. Everybody at the office is so friendly and their sense of humour is second to none, which is important since selling and buying a house is so stressful. Their communication and hand holding through out the process was second to none. I would highly recommend John and his team .

GoogleWe were very lucky to have found our dream home through Coultons. We had been in the market looking for our first home for about a year, and even had offers accepted on three other properties (through other estate agents) before being gazumped EACH time, so we were beginning to lose hope. But then out of nowhere we found coultons. Roberto was very friendly and genuine, and the first estate agent we came across that did not feel like most of the 'typical' estate agents. There was no rush during the viewing, and he gave us the time to take everything in, and answer all our questions. We put in an offer as soon as we got home, and three and a half months later we have moved in, all thanks to them. They were the first estate agent to take down the listing after our offer was accepted, and were always extremely quick in communicating with us and the sellers, as well as the solicitors, which I why everything went so smoothly. If there ever comes a time when we're back in the market, we no exactly where we will be listing. Many thanks, Coultons.

GoogleWhat an absolute pleasure it was dealing with the team at Coultons (Chingford). From the very first discussion we had with Paulo, and then dealing with Sandro and finally Roberto, we can honestly say the whole experience and client service they provide was second to none. They have such attention to detail, listen to your every need and provide such great advice - as a team, they compliment each other so well, always keeping you (the client) well informed of every step. For us, Roberto was a standout and in our view he epitomised what Real Estate agents do - such a professional, a real pleasure to deal with and he really makes you feel important; taking away all the stress and burden of selling your property. With Roberto attending our Open Day, we had over 30 plus booked viewings, and with his welcoming persona and his ability to sell our property they managed to achieve a sale way over and above the proposed price - we could not have been happier and it clearly reinforced why we chose to use Coultons in the first place. It goes without saying that we would strongly recommend Coultons and we will most certainly be using them again in the future - thanks again to Paulo, Sandro, Roberto and the team at Coultons (Chingford). They would call and update me with all details and give advice to make the things work faster and better. These ladies tried their best to solve any issue with my application and clear any misunderstanding. They were so responsive and would reply to my emails and answer my concerns immediately. GoogleI have recently taken a property on rent in East India docks (London) through Coultons. I worked with Rosita Skiba from the Coultons team who was fantastic. She facilitated the whole tenancy process for me from start to finish. Her proactiveness and helpfulness throughout the entire process was amazing. She was polite, warm and knowledgeable about the property and area. I would definitely recommend Coultons on this basis.
