GoogleSad excuse for an estate agents, called regarding delays to view a property, a member of staff was rude, I made a complaint, 4 weeks ago, 4 weeks later still nothing, the manager has not responded. On top of this ignoring my several request to view a house. I will be escalating this externally regarding their discriminative and oppressive behaviour. Please avoid. For sellers just beaware, they could be preventing potential buyers viewing your property. Disgusting behaviour and unprofessional

FacebookKeep away from this Estate Agency - they are so many better ones around, not woth the trouble - I used them as a landlord and they have been anything but helpful, in the contrary, a real pain in the ar... Dont reply to emails - they come up with excuses (been away, the system isnt working, oh! didnt see it) they tell you (when you call after many emails) yes, yes, yes but dont take action, dont care about your situation, did a bad job with tenancy contract that put me in a very difficult and expensive position. Gina has no concept of good customer care! they dont value you as a customer (I dont think they know what that is). Never again!

forgot to say, they have never asked me what the problem was (which was due to their BIG mistake in the tenancy, although not illegal, being experienced in the field, as they claim, they should have known better, and not make such a stupid mistake) so they will carry on doing it with other contracts. You as landlord if you arent experienced you dont know what you dont know and you cannot trust coultons, so you will pay for their mistakes.
