GoogleMy property Manage Reni, contacted me to inform me that, after a contractual annual audit, it became clear that we were not receiving the current market rental rate for that area. We had a few discussions on this and we listened to the professional advice given. In less than 48 hours the tenant had been contacted, the situation explained to them and the rent readjusted to match current market rates. All communications were carried out in an extremely prompt, professional and efficient manner. My wife and I can highly commend Reni for her endeavours in alerting us to and closing this matter.

GoogleEarly in our tenancy we had a not so favorable experience, however there seems to have been a change in staff and now we have had beyond satisfactory service from complete. In particular Iwona and Simona have been incredibly on top of things- expect a smooth and pleasant experience with these ladies!!
