Complete Letting has been managing my property for the past 4 years and as an overseas landlord, I would highly recommend them. Jody Micallef has been first class. Dont rent through this company. Rude people and they dont care. Once you get into the property they make it so hard for you to leave, you barely get deposit back. They try to find reasons to blame you. Lifts always break down, they take ages to fix things, property isnt taken care of by management, we complained several times about teenagers breaking into our building but they do nothing about it. Overall rude people, they have such a condescending tone when you call them, and speak to you like youre stupid.

Amazingly bad service

We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before.Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told).Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you.After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote.Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!
