If I could give zero stars to this agency I would.They are unprofessional, very poor communication amongst themselves and tenants.They do not follow the end of tenancy procedure properly then hold on to tenant deposits for over 3 months are moreThey don’t even know the terms of their own tenancy agreements

GoogleExcellent Service, little bit question regarding some part of the agreement (pets) but managed very well, I had a problem with Dishwasher during the Inventory and the problem was solved by property Manager Adam Carter in less that 2 hour by my reporting. problems can happen, a quick solution is the difference between a good or a bad real estate agency. I was very impressed by the staff's professionalism
