GoogleOnsite have recently become an approved contractor with Complete and Sasha Gray-Crosby the Property Management Administrator has been very professional in getting us set up and running.

GoogleRental agent and property manager are really good but the admin/contract is awful. £200 contract charge for a contract we found online as a free download (same reference number and exact wording), multiple errors that we spotted and sent back to correct, vague wording and clauses that we had to get our own lawyers involved with, unwillingness to change any clause event the ones deemed not valid by lawyers and then £60 'admin' charge. Ridiculous. Shame the back office lets the front facing team down.

GoogleI got a very professional service all through my 13 month stay in one of their apartments. Always quick to reply to customer enquiries, I found Adam Carter (my property manager) in particular to be very courteous and reliable. I remember vividly how quickly and efficiently he helped to deal with a water leak issue in the building a few months ago. Overall i have had a positive experience with Complete Prime Residential and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to use any of their services.

GoogleI have never had a better experience with a tenancy agency! All the employees at Complete were a delight to work with and made my flatmate and me feel right at home. From the flat viewing process with Reni to the management relationship with Gary, Complete has been incredibly professional and very helpful. I would definitely recommend using Complete as you don't feel as though they are sharks trying to make a sale, but instead a group of professionals who genuinely want you to be happy and comfortable in your new home/flat. Thanks for everything, Complete!

GoogleViktoria has shown good initiative surrounding a developing challenge over the Complex she manages in which I hold a Unit. She is quick to raise issues that require my attention and has been a driving force in efforts to correct mismanagement matters by the Landlord. Thnbaks Viktoria. it has not been an easy time!

GoogleGood process for property viewings and signing letting agreement. Terrible at managing the property later on. The apartment block is managed by another company and Complete doesn't seem to care about how the building is managed and how residents are treated. Poor customer service!

GoogleI would like appreciate all company team effort to find proper tenants for my two apartments in Deptford. Special thanks belong to Property Manager - Michael Arze who personally accompanied around units me and my wife after complete furnishing. He has answered all our questions and provide us all necessary information and services including handling account etc.. GoogleComplete Ltd have been a fantastic agent. The property I rent is extremely well maintained and a good price. The team at Complete are very responsive and always extremely helpful and friendly. Adam Carter, the property manager, has been fantastic. He has always been very quick to act when things have needed fixing in the flat, and is incredibly supportive and accommodating of the things we need. I would recommend Complete Ltd and would use them again.

GoogleWe were very satisfied with Complete and especially our property manager Joana Ferreira who was perfect in all senses during our stay with Complete, always professional and helpful. I'm not giving Complete 5 stars since, despite Joana's amazing work, some of their conditions such as the fee for references mentioned in another comment seem a bit unfair, and we had a few minor issues during the renting process itself until Joana took over.
