GoogleDespite working in a new job and having the spectre of a pandemic hanging over our heads, my partner and myself have been very impressed with our new property manager, Thomas(not that there was anything wrong with our previous manager). After only a couple of week Thomas has fixed a number of issues which arose in that time as well as a few that could not be fixed during the height of the pandemic. Very professional and a credit to Complete.

I honesty used to dread the day I have to deal with a property manager or a landlord but Jody changed my perspective completely. She’s always available for when you need her regardless of how busy she is, quick to respond, goes above and beyond to make sure you get the help you need and follows up to ensure the matter is resolved. GoogleI had a excellent experience interacting with the consultant Ms Katie Hobson at Complete Prime Residential Limited. She understood our rental requirement. Her communication was superb. She responded very promptly and to the point. In one of the visit, I requested her just 1 hour before to reschedule the viewing and she accepted my request. It saved lot of my time and effort. GoogleFlat viewing and negotiating part went smoothly (thanks to Hisham for this). Just one disappointing part is that the flat was not professionally cleaned before we moved in and had to wait 3 days before the professional cleaners came in.
