GoogleI dealt with many estate agents in the London area both as a tenant and as a property owner. I rank Complete Prime Residential as a top service provider. I rented a property through this agency and every single aspect was handled very smoothly and professionally. I especially highlight the professionalism of Ciaran McDonnell who handled the tenancy agreement and getting installed, and George Georgalli who managed the property during my tenancy and kept everything up and running! I definitely recommend!

GoogleThe company itself is very responsive and tries to automate tasks such as setting up your bills when you first move in to submitting requests for maintenance which I appreciate as I’d previously had to deal with multiple long email chains to get things sorted. Molly in particular, who is our property manager, is super responsive and always helpful!

Google*** The one star is only as this is the lowest rating possible. This agency should have Negative stars ** Complete prime residential more like completely bloody incompetent. It has been T H R E E MONTHS since I’ve moved out of the apartment they manage and I have not received my deposit back. Furthermore they tried to charge me for inventory that I did NOT take. I have sent COUNTLESS emails chasing them for MY MONEY. Their unprofessionalism is so bloody astounding that they did not even perform an inventory check at the beginning of the tenancy or at any point of time during the 9 months I lived in their godforsaken property. Nor did they inform me of the problems this property had. Muliptle leaks THROUGHOUT the year. Sounds like negligence? Do not under any circumstances deal with this agency. Landlords should find a new one to manage your precious investments. As this agency will only frustrate both landlords and tenants.

GoogleI purchased my property through Complete last year and previous to that I was renting another apartment through them. My experience with both the letting and sales teams was very positive. They have been very professional throughout the process and have acted over and beyond their remit when the seller was non-responsive, thus keeping the delay to the process to the minimum level they could. I would like to mention Reni who was very helpful when I had problems taking possession of my rental apartment, even going to the extent of arranging a change of locks when the keys were not to be located on a Sunday. Coincidently she was the person who showed me my apartment and was helpful and proactive with the whole buying processes. Sam, who covered for Reni when she was on leave was brilliant and the handover between them was seamless. I would recommend Complete.

GoogleUNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY POOR SERVICE Extremely poor service from Complete Ltd: I paid during one year long the full rent of a flat which had a broken window which couldn’t be opened at all, preventing the access to our terrace! While I was promised at the beginning that it would be repaired before I moved in. I had a dozens of exchanges with them, barely any response from them and was finally told that it would be impossible to repair it! Additionally to that, one of their agents came to introduce the flat to potential new tenants and thought it would be a good idea to open the faulty window! Of course, he couldn’t close it anymore and decided to leave the flat unattended with an opened window: first, anyone could have come in the flat and it was very dangerous; second, they couldn’t sort the situation quickly and I had to endure the cold and wind for two days in the middle of January. No need to say I never had compensation for that. On top of that, when I exit the flat, I had a professional cleaning service, which I proved and they decided to charge me £60 without any good reasons … I contested it, notable mentioning that I have paid the full price of a flat that was not fully functional but they did not do any gesture. I will never use Complete Ltd again, would strongly recommend anyone to NOT use them and will make sure to be very vocal about how poorly they manage the service for the flat.

Zoe McDonald was Sales and Lettings Consultant, and she facilitated every step with fast and friendly guidance and quick responses to all of our questions. Thoroughly recommend!
