We are mainly focussed on Buy to Let in Central London. Bernadette provided very useful feedback on the pros and cons of period vs new build properties and provided appraisals in terms of sale and rental prices which proved invaluable in making decisions especially with refinancing. She also proved adept in offering good potential tenants and recommendations for handyman personnel. In short, Bernadette proved a valuable resource for us.

The management of the property is really good, from the initial contact through viewing, contract signing and ongoing management. Bernadette and Afzal make it really easy and pain-free being available any time. Repairs are quickly arranged and done so we can enjoy living in the flat.
