Good real estate management is in the details and the follow through. From my buying my flat subject to a lease to moving in required a great deal of work by my agent at Coldwell Banker Southbank (CBS). The tenant had to be notified, then my agent helped the tenant find another place to rent within my time frame and balanced very well working for her to find another place and representing me as a landlord. When there were damages to be paid, she worked with the tenant to resolve to my satisfaction the compensation. These things are not done in one or two phone calls/emails. It takes consistent work to achieve a good outcome for all. I will call on CBS anytime I need real estate help whether to rent, buy or sell. And I ran into another client of hers by accident in the common area of my building and he was also very pleased and he was a renter. So, owner or renter, I think you are well situated with Coldwell Banker Southbank

Bernadette from Coldwell Banker has been adorable. I was in France so I was not able to come and visit the house, so basically I was stressed about sending the first two weeks to reserve the house. Finally I discovered the house on my arrival to London, and it was amazing !! As it was only part furnished, Bernadette offered us a sofa and two double beds !!! I’m really greatful for that. I’m really satisfied from Coldwell Banker.
