Bernadette has been fantastic to deal with. When I was looking around Blackfriars to rent a small pied-a-terre, she went above and beyond and helped locate the perfect pad in southbank tower. Her team was also very proactive wherever I had issues in the flat. Having rented with her for several years, I’m now looking to buy, and she has proven equally proactive in letting me know when places come up for sale (as I’m quite particular about the right aspect). With other agencies I found that I register and get shown irrelevant apartments and then forgotten about. Bernadette gets to know you, understand your needs and then keeps you up to date when the right opportunities come up. Thank you Bernadette & Coldwell Banker Southbank! Best agency I’ve ever had to deal with.

Bernadette was extremely supportive throughout the whole process of selling our house in Waterloo. She has a deep knowledge of the Southbank area, being a local herself. She was always helpful, responsive and generous in providing advice and recommending contacts if and when necessary such as an excellent solicitor. In particular her liaison between us and the buyer was excellent. Bernadette gives a professional service, yet attentive, personal and with kindness.

GoogleIt was sometimes a rough tenancy in my Southbank tower 11 floor flat due to a cheap landlord but coldwell banker (with some urging) did the best they can in some tough situations. Bernadette was definitely a highlight as she is very knowledgeable about the local real estate markets and clearly quite experienced. I also appreciated that she does not pressure you to rush to make an offer like some agents but lets you think it through. Umair is very nice, patient and always been a pleasure to work with.

I recently sold an apartment in the Whitehouse with the help of Bernadette and her team at Coldwell Banker Southbank. I had my apartment on the market for nearly two years with their main competitor in the area. During that time I received only three offers, all well below the initial valuation they had given and even the average asking price for similar properties in the building. The first offer I accepted fell through after five months as the buyer had not secured sufficient financing beforehand. The second I had to reject after he substantially lowered his offer. Both cost me time, money and distress. Bernadette reached out to me as she noticed my apartment had been on the market for some time. We had a conversation during which she convinced me she could get a better deal, and then she did. Within two weeks she arranged eleven viewings, securing me two offers both close to my asking price. I accepted an offer from a cash buyer. Bernadette arranged a follow up meeting with the buyer to ensure he was indeed serious and genuinely had the means. We completed in just ten weeks. Bernadette constantly stayed in touch during that time to ensure everything was progressing smoothly and helped us negotiate a compromise over some small issues in relation to the building maintenance fund. Bernadette responded promptly to all my queries, often late at night and at the weekend. She even organised the removal of furnishings at the apartment that I no longer wanted. A pleasure to do business with, I felt she genuinely wanted to secure a win for everyone involved. I have no hesitation in recommending Bernadette and her team at Coldwell Banker. Thank you again Bernadette.

I have been trying to sell my apartment in the Whitehouse Apartments on the Southbank for several years without success. Recently I appointed Bernadette Teuma of Coldwell Banker as my agent. Although the apartment was rented out, Bernadette being the force of nature that she is managed to persuade the tenants to allow viewings and in no time found an excellent buyer with the necessary funds available to buy the apartment. There were a number of issues arising throughout the buying process and Bernadette dealt with these expertly and sensitively whilst always keeping me informed. Well done Bernadette.
