Bernadette has acted as the selling agent for our purchase of a 4-bed terraced house in Lambeth. She has taken a significant role in the negotiation and assisting the due diligence process throughout. As a purchaser, the house that she was marketing didn't particularly catch our attention at first when we inquired it from a previous agent. However, when Bernadette took the role, she acted very differently. She gave a lot of insight in the value and potential of the property, including finding comparables and passing on her extensive knowledge of the Lambeth area. She took the time to listen and succeeded in emphasising the highlighting on what matters to the seller, for example, what my family was looking for and why the property would be a good fit. She also made the purchase sounds much more lucrative by connecting us with a relevant builder that can help us with the renovation work, which shows her breadth of network and her ability to address buyer's needs. During the negotiation, searches and surveys, things weren't always easy, as the vendor and I encountered many differences in opinions. However, Bernadette was a true professional by showing incredible patience and tenacity, exhibiting prompt and clear communication. Having dealt with more than 30 real estate companies and numerous negotiators in London and Cambridge over multiple purchases, I found Bernadette to be the most impressive agent I've met so far. Her knowledge, attitude and professionalism were able to serve both the buyer and the seller very well to make a seemingly impossible deal happen. I would recommend her as an agent wholeheartedly.

My wife and I have bought sold many houses around world. But we recently bought a flat for the first time, on an upper floor in the South Bank Tower on the river Thames in London. Sounds like it should be simple, right? Well it turns out that transacting on a flat is a whole lot more complex than it is on a house. You have building management and their fees, the leaseholder, sitting tenants, safety legislation and many other considerations, all if which were new to us. Although Bernadette at Coldwell Banker was officially working for the seller, she was in invaluable help to us as well. She knows her patch in London extremely well: whats for sale, whats available off market, what might be for sale and whats coming. She gave us a great education, showed us some off market gems, and held our hands through many twists and turns. On top of which she is a human dynamo and great fun.Top notch service from a terrific person. Thank you!!

Bernadette and Umair have managing multiple rental properties for me across a few locations in London over an extended period. They are always very professional, including finding suitable tenants, maintaining good relationship with tenant, resolving property maintenance/repair issues timely and effectively, negotiating reasonable rent on my behalf and protecting my properties. Special recognition to Umair for always chasing me on important issues and not neglecting/forgetting issues when I don't have time to keep track - this is an example of being a responsible and proactive agent and is very well appreciated by a landlord who is often occupied with other commitments.
