I sold my property through Cockburn estate agents. The team in New Eltham office are fantastic. Everyone that I met was very helpful and respectful when arranging viewings. My property was sold very quickly and then passed to Loveleen who is their Sales Progressor. Loveleen is very good at what she does, she provided me with updates on the progress of the sale, chased solicitors and buyers. There was not one moment when I was not aware of how the sale was progressing. If I had any problems with the solicitor she dealt with it. It was a painless and stressful experience using Cockburn. Although I have not mentioned everyone by name that does not mean that the rest are not as good, they are all fantastic from the manager down to the staff I met. They definitely know their market and can advise on the best way to present your property to the market.

I’d never heard the term “ Sales Progressor “ but what a great help Cathy was to us. She kept us informed every step of the way and helped with information whenever I asked. I was doing one property transaction with them they can ditch you any time specially the manager Peter was in process of using two parties parallel at a time for one property telling both of us book surveys for the property at 18 Southhold Rise same time while he agreed not to view or getting offers from other people cause of him I lost about £700 in solicitor fee. Ridiculous be aware of them.
