As a first-time buyer, I had a great experience with the estate agency. Rob was outstanding as he was the first person I met on my first view of the property. He was helpful, patient, and professional, taking the time to answer my questions . He also recommended a solicitor, which made the buying process much easier for me.

People make the difference, and Catherine is the difference maker at Cockburn. We had a difficult sales process due our buyers and the chain, to the point I nearly bailed on the process more than once, but Catherine guided us through it expertly. Communication was quick, efficient, and most importantly, transparent, which can always be a doubt with estate agencies. Rob was brilliant in helping us view the property in its entirety at request, as well as ensuring we had all the information we needed during the offer stage and through to finalising the purchase. Cathy worked as our progressor and kept in constant communication with us and a rather tricky vendor partner during the process. Eventually, we got everything over the line, and one month in already, we are loving our new first home. Thank you both for your help and support during this process.

Cockburn was recommended to me by local residents, and they were great throughout the duration of the property sale. In particular, they appoint a progression manager, which does not come at a cost for the buyer, and proved to be very efficient at keeping the sale on track. I had been told buying a property would likely be very stressful, but this was not the case with Cockburn. I would strongly recommend this estate agents

I just sold my house through Cockburn and it was a very easy experience. The house went on the market on the Thursday and on the Saturday evening we had an offer we were more than happy with. Catherine was a fantastic progressor and really helped to move things through. House listing to us selling was about 9 weeks which is a pretty quick turnaround.

From the start Charlie was always accommodating. I remember we asked him about schools generally and when we got home there was an email from him with all the top schools in the area. We asked him to view the house multiple times and he never said no, this is something none of the other EA do.Catherine is one of the finest progressers i've dealt with. Always keeping us in the loop and even going as far as helpin us with our sale. EA and teams like this make realise what you pay EAs for. If you're buying/selling with this team then you will have no problems at all.

Great sales team. Sam and Rob really knew the market and were extremely helpful at each stage, from marketing to securing offers on our property. We felt a little let down by the progression team as a few of our queries were not answered or communicated to the buyer. We understand that without a buyer the sale cannot proceed however we had valid questions throughout the process that went unanswered and it felt like the progression team were working more for the buyer than for us. Hence the 4/5 star rating.

Selling my home, I worked with Sam for the sales and viewings and then with Cathy for the after sale progression to completion. Both were professional and fair and offered much needed support and advice during the sale. The sale process did get quite tense and stressful but Cathy helped us get over the line and special thanks to her for that.

GoogleI recently got the keys to my first house, and I can't thank Cockburn enough for making the process so simple. I worked with several agencies, but none compared to Cockburn. Rob, in particular, was dedicated to finding me the perfect property. Scheduling viewings during working hours is tough, but Rob accommodated my needs and availability. Rob and the entire team were always there to answer my questions. Once my offer was accepted, Catherine took over and was absolutely brilliant. She acted as the intermediary between the solicitors and kept me updated throughout. I truly appreciate her hard work and constant availability for any questions or updates I needed. If you're looking to buy a house, I highly recommend Cockburn (Mottingham and New Eltham). They are exceptional at what they do. Thank you to the whole team for making my dream come true!

Sam and Charlie conducted viewings and found me a buyer quickly and also found me my new home, they were always friendly and helpful whenever I needed them. Loveleen was amazing at progressing my sale, being on the phone with updates for me and keeping me calm when problems came up. Peter was also so friendly and helpful. This team made my experience at a stressful time such a positive one. highly recommend and would definitely use again.
