GoogleThe office is Located on a corner spot (almost) a stone's throw away from Hyde Park. Beatrice, Lily and Mark are polite, friendly, attentive and professional people. They always have resolved any issue I have had quickly when I have gone in to their office. Good Covid prevention measures in place. Would recommend Cluttons to anyone needing a professional property service.

Disorganised and unprofessional. Horrible communication and stalling practices when it comes to having appartment issues solved. No ownership and laughable excuses when you enquire as to why your issue hasn’t been addressed for over 5 month (with constant reminders).

After 7 weeks, still no deposit returned, yet there's no problem with the flat. Islington Council returned the overpaid Council tax within a fortnight, ditto every utility company - smooth and painless process with them, esp Sky who were brilliant. Just rude emails from Cluttons, blaming everyone else and apologising that I "feel" this is poor management.
