All round very disappointing. Sales marginally better than property maintenance but only just. Unresponsive. High turn over of staff. Very frustrating to deal with. I thought it was maybe just our experience but looking at other reviews I can see it’s not. I won’t use going forwards

GoogleReally really good experience with Cluttons on finding a property to rent in London! Libby and Gemma helped a lot during the process. The response was fast and everything was smooth! Definitely would recommend!!

Really poor customer service. Withheld deposit on departure from rental for no reason. Ignored several e-mails and VMs. Then attempted to blame coronavirus.E-mailed there managing partner and hot an automated response. Eventually sorted more than 50 days after vacated property.No response/apology from managing partner. Self evident that poor customer service comes from the top.

FacebookBE AWARE OF FAKE LISTINGS! Many of the rental propeties this agency puts on Zoopla are fake and do not exist. A Simple tactic to attract customers which would normally not go to Cluttons because the only properties Cluttons has are really crappy and in a very bad condition.

Very poor customer service. The communication to Cluttons was very bad and problems were not solved at all. Also they made false accuses towards me - luckily I had proof that they did not tell the truth....Would not recommend them at all.

After more than 2 weeks vacating a flat they simply ignore any emails. I have 5weeks of deposit + 1 week of overpaid rent and they just do not answer. ESCAPE from Cluttons Islington branch! Zero respect for customers.

Stop spamming me with your ads. Regular junk mail is annoying enough, and even more so when it's in a white envelope that you need to waste time opening to find out it's just garbage.
