GoogleA very nice friendly office steered by Verity Chick, with Hugo Webber at the cliff face. Knowledgeable, capable and bright, pleasant to deal with, accessible, and devoted to selling. They answered all my questions, liaised with lawyers and landlords, kept me informed, prepared me for positive and negative outcomes alike. They asked before all viewings and respected my property. The Hyde Park office, now beautifully decorated for Christmas, is a haven of hospitality! Although I withdrew my house from sale (external and internal factors) I would consider using them again and recommend them.

Tenants who rent via this agent beware. Cluttons by default put a clause in tenancy agreement which obliges tenant to hire professional deep clean other wise they will deduct cleaning cost from deposit. However, it was obvious that before my move in the property was not professionally cleaned before. Basically they are just putting the burden of cleaning the property on tenant's shoulder. Had to go on TDS and dispute for the cleaning charge.Pay extra attention on tenancy agreement when renting with this agency.

We recently sold a second property through Cluttons Tower Bridge. Coincidentally we bought this property through Cluttons 17 years ago. The agents were very helpful with a difficult buyer and went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through. If we wanted to buy another property in the area we would definitely go back to Cluttons.

I have never experienced such utter chaos. Cluttons have absolutely no idea how to manage a tea party, let alone a property. They lost check-in documentation, they didn’t respond to multiple repair requests, and your point-of-contact changes on a monthly basis!Absolutely impossible to reach anyone over the phone. Their high staff turnover is a clear indication of the chaos internally! Avoid them at all costs!
