GoogleReally enjoyed working with Bek Aripov. At every stage, from viewing to submitting an offer he was very responsive and took every opportunity to make the transaction happen. He was also very persistent with keeping my and sellers legal teams honest to their deadlines, ensuring a swift (to the extent possible) transaction. He was also very easy to communicate with, and was online almost 24/7 ready to respond to any questions. Overall, very grateful to Bek for making the purchase of my first home possible.

GoogleA very nice friendly office steered by Verity Chick, with Hugo Webber at the cliff face. Knowledgeable, capable and bright, pleasant to deal with, accessible, and devoted to selling. They answered all my questions, liaised with lawyers and landlords, kept me informed, prepared me for positive and negative outcomes alike. They asked before all viewings and respected my property. The Hyde Park office, now beautifully decorated for Christmas, is a haven of hospitality! Although I withdrew my house from sale (external and internal factors) I would consider using them again and recommend them.

GoogleCluttons and Aaron in particular, was a delight to deal with. We needed to secure a London rental without being in the city and he took me around the apartment by video tour and was massively responsive to every question we had and managed a seamless handover to the managing agent. I had estate agencies ringing me 3 days after my enquiry for the same property I had already rented with Cluttons as Aaron rang me back within 30 mins of my first message. Highly recommend
