He understood the unique circumstances of us not physically present in the UK and provided invaluable support and guidance throughout. Gemma was also incredibly helpful in facilitating a seamless process. Given the challenges of securing a rental property remotely, the entire process was remarkably straightforward and did not feel like a nightmare. Would highly recommend their services to others in a similar situation.

GoogleHugo did an excellent job introducing the property near Hyde park to me and my mother. During our view he has clearly shown that he is an expert in the field with a lot of experience. We requested to view the property more than once and asked about a lot of things but Hugo was very patient and informative of all the details of the property. Although we didn't end up buying it his service is greatly appreciated.

GoogleFrancesca was the agent who helped us with the search and she's just the sweetest, a good listener and very tentative with our needs. Communication was also great since a lot of it was through Whatsapp and she's able to propose properties and send over videos. She really goes the extra mile and wants the best for you. We didn't end up finding our apartment with her but I definitely recommend her!
