GoogleThe worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. House was in extremely poor condition, (broken window and door locks, spider infestation and more), and despite many requests over a year for maintenance, was either lied to, threatened to be kicked out for daring to raise valid complaints or completely ignored. The company does not care for its tenants at all, only wants to grab as much money from them as possible. They have said they will be illegally keeping my deposit based on the fact that the house wasn't clean when I left which is a lie, (especially considering it was left in a much better condition than when I initially moved in!). Avoid at all cost. They prey on people's ignorance of property law. Disgusting, spineless, money-hungry people with no moral values.

GoogleI had to move to London from abroad for work and Claremont Estate did a great job helping me renting the exact apartment I wanted. Since I was not in UK, I signed the contract without actually viewing the place and when I moved in, it was perfectly the same (even better after being professionaly cleaned and with new furnitures) with the video that I’ve seen. Zak was very responsible, always got back to me asap whenever I had questions, even helped me with utility set-up issues. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleContacted them twice by phone to view a property and no one contacted me back, once via the website form and no one contacted me back. Third time I called and asked the person on the end of the phone to speak to the sales team as I would like to purchase/view a property said they dont sell properties laughing while they were talking. A bit of a joke place to be very honest. I would not list my property with them knowing how poor they are in trying to arrange viewings for potential sellers.

GoogleI lived in a house managed by Claremont Estates a few years ago (only reviewing now as didn't want to make life difficult for the then tenants that stayed). They did nothing towards the house while we lived there (it needed lots doing!) and when it came to moving out the service was shocking. They were rude, didn't show up when arranged, didn't answer calls or emails and made the whole process really unpleasant. Basically they had left the property management up to one of the tenants, and when she said she was leaving they panicked. Would not recommend, the whole thing was stressful.

GoogleDo not use this company. They couldnt care less about tenants. Shocking approach to maintenance and customer service - we often had to chase Manj and colleagues for over a month for repairs by email, phone and whatsapp. One time we were without hot water for over a week and without a washing machine for 2 weeks. Ive never felt so frustrated. We had to get the landlord involved separately. The repairmen Claremont got in were random, odd jobs men, not qualified (one broke the central heating), and turned up without any prearrangement or cancelling last minute if they had actually bothered to arrange a day/time. Myself and housemates have wasted hours of our time dealing with Claremont. They are an absolute disgrace.

GoogleVery bad service. They will only contact you for paying their money. I have moved in the property for more than one month and there are so many issues, and the property was in a very dirty and disgusting state when I moved in (broken table & light, rat droppings in the cupboard, broken range hoods). I have contacted them for solving the issues but they never responded. Neither email or whatsapp. When I call them they can only say they will solve issues delaying time. Nothing has been solved so far. If you can, do not choose this agency as you will have a very bad experience.

GoogleWhen I was looking for a place, Claremont Estates was handled my queries very fast and was able to accommodate for me and my friends. Once, I moved in, there were some issues with the flat and communication between us and the letting agent and it did take some time to get our issues fixed. But Claremont has been quite helpful overall. To improve, I would like to see some clearer communication after a tenant has moved in to let them know how things work and solve their issues.
