GoogleLied to us and told us the landlord was selling the property and evicted us from our home so that they could put the rent up. No regard for their tenants' lives and the impact their bad quality service and housing conditions can have on people. Poor service throughout the tenancy - plumbing problems that were never fixed.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Thank you for your review. Please note that the landlord did intend to sell the property and carried out works in the property in preparation for marketing the property for sale. The landlords circumstances changed given the ever changing conditions and decided to rent the property instead. Regarding your tenancy, maintenances were addressed in a timely manner and contractors had been sent whenever a maintenance was reported. Please feel free to contact us directly to discuss further.
