GoogleTried to book a viewing with them and got no confirmation email. Called again and was told it would be sent before being hung up on. I’ve been waiting for this email since the 15th of November and still nothing. Frankly i’m just disappointed. Its either because they are based on the other side of London to the property I wanted to see or maybe they are just simple unorganised dossers.

GoogleYusra is very friendly and always replies quickly to our emails and explained the whole process to us in detail to make sure we all understood the best option for us to make the move in as smooth as possible. Incredibly kind and I would definitely recommend Claremont.

GoogleVery bad service - moved in 4 months ago, and immediately flagged that several electrical appliances weren't working (towel dryer, one of the radiators). NOTHING has been done, apart from promises to send a contractor "tomorrow", "next week" etc. Manj and Mafiz probably think that things fix themselves, idk. Extremely frustrating experience overall

GoogleGreat experience using this agency - they were swift in ensuring the place we liked and wanted to move forward with was secured anll in 2 days! They have continued being super helpful even after moving in quickly responding to any concerns. Agent Zak in particular has been great and can’t recommend enough, an absolute star in our move and managing our stay!

It is nice for a change to work with a small agency that sees you as person rather than an email address. GoogleVery nice staff! Quick and patient service since I was searching properties. After confirming the offer, Mafiz (a member of staff) made significant efforts to enable me to move in securely and smoothly. When I encountered issues with key collections, they quickly accepted my alternative approach. Finally, Mafiz also helped my registering the energy bills which significantly boosted my move in. Thanks to their support and service since.

GooglePoorly coordinated service. Little respect for rented property maintenance. Have been waiting for 3 months for the front and back gardens to be cleared of rubble and hazardous waste left by contractors. Still waiting for an inventory nearly 2 months after moving in. Issues with damp and mould have been inadequately addressed. Looking forward to resolution of the above problems but starting to lose any hope at this stage.

GoogleMy experience with them was not that bad. The agency Mr. Seyed was kind on the phone. Although he did not show up on time despite of a reminder I sent half an hour beforehand. After waiting for 15 minutes without a reason being given I decided to leave the property.
