GoogleWe had Jemma showing us around a wonderful house. She answered all our questions without any of usual 'estate agent jargon' and took time to guide us through the next steps without feeling rushed or keen to move onto the next viewing. She is a real credit to CKB. Thank you.

TrustpilotA satisfied tenant.
I've been a tenant now for 5 years through CKB and they have been very professional in dealing with matters relating to the property. They are always available via phone and emails to deal with my concerns and they are addressed swiftly as well. Should you find yourself renting through them, you would be in good hands.

TrustpilotAmazing service
My experience with CKB has been absolutely amazing. Cengiz & Kelly are very professional and knowledgeable. They stay on top of things and keep you updated regularly. They have a real friendly and genuine approach to their customers that is lacking from the larger estate agents. I strongly recommend CKB to anyone looking to buy or rent.

TrustpilotBest estate agents I have been with
Very friendly and professional. Answered any questions by email within an hour or two, didn't waste any time when visiting the estate agents making it a very seamless process having only to visit once. Arranged a viewing very quickly and were helpful at every stage. Have checked that everything with my new property is good. Couldn't recommend more.
