Absolute worst letting agency I've ever encountered. Do not care at all about the impact they have on people. Taking deposits for places not available, properties having no water, electricity and little to no support leaving people stranded. Mostly fake ads to lure people in, take their money then they're trapped until they find you some alternative. Taking advantage of how desperate tenants in london can get

GoogleAndrea was my agent and he was extremely helpful! He helped me get a home in a matter of 2 days. He was very patient, well mannered, kind and he did his personal best to accommodate all my needs in one room. The manager Giovanni also was super quick with addressing an issue and resolving it. I would 10/10 recommend Cityrooms to anyone who is looking for a place and good agents to help you through! 😊

GoogleI've been living at the apartment rented through City Rooms for over two years and was going to stay more, unfortunately, due to other reasons I have to leave my favourite place. Jorge Sanches was an absolute star for making my life easier through this transition! I’ve had the worst experience of any place I’ve lived in London. I stayed for a two months before all the problems started. The en suite was out of order for two months and when the repair man came for him to then not only leave my toilet off the wall but also leave a mess on my work desk. I promise you stay away from this agency at all costs

GoogleI'm with City rooms for about a year .The Anastacia was very helpful and help me find a good room to stay. The management team is very good. It is true as other saying you have no possibility to have a real wiewing before move in, but this is a good thing 👌 as was a pandemie and a lockdown.in this time when we asking about a replacement,or a deep cleaning; always the management done all the best to fixe all the issues. I just want it to say thank you to all the city rooms team .we have a good experience and we are just renew our contract with Alicia and a big thank you 😊 😘😘 I love the sunshine 🌞 ☀️ ❤️ Today been to speak about renewal of the contract. After around fourth years still keeping tight with the area and the agency. We love being close with all management and them agents, witch are very kindly, friendly and very professional and they really care about all the tenants and all your needs. We want specialy to thank you 🙏 Mr. Kaushal from the maintenance department, who is very prompt and organised each jobs to be done soon as possible and to recieve high standard too👍 . GoogleI have just moved into my new ensuite room through City Rooms, and honestly, I’m super impressed! The room is way better than I expected, it’s cozy, comfortable, and in an amazing spot just 15-20min from London Bridge which makes it a great deal to commute to work. Couldn’t ask for a better location! A big shoutout to Danilo, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was super helpful, always quick to respond, and really made sure I found something that ticked all the boxes without breaking the bank. The whole process was way smoother than I imagined. If you’re looking for a great room in London, I’d definitely recommend giving these guys a go!

My experience with City Rooms has been mixed, with both positive and negative aspects. One thing City Rooms does well is preparing the rooms themselves. The rooms are usually painted, cleaned, and brought to a good standard before tenants move in. However, in my experience, the communal areas do not receive the same level of attention. Many of the pictures shown online of kitchens and shared spaces appear to have been taken when the property was first refurbished, so the current condition may not always match what is advertised. I would also advise future tenants not to rely only on virtual viewings. If a property has issues such as bad odours or poor communal conditions, these are difficult to notice through videos or photos alone. On the positive side, the regular staff members are generally polite and helpful. When faults are reported through the online system, repairs are usually addressed within a reasonable time. It is also important to understand that City Rooms acts mainly as a letting agency, so not every repair is directly under their control, as some responsibilities belong to the landlord. The biggest issue during my tenancy was my experience with the letting manager, Giovanni. From my email exchanges with him, I found the communication to be unprofessional at times and lacking in customer service. It also felt like most major decisions were handled solely by him, which made resolving concerns more difficult than it should have been. Overall, City Rooms has some good points, especially regarding room preparation and maintenance reporting, but there are also areas where communication, transparency, and management could be improved.

GoogleI have met different agencies but city rooms is the best. My experience with Yuki was extra ordinary. Yuki helped me alot in securing my room. She is very interactive, kind, approachable and smiling face. She is very professional and has insight knowledge as agent. I was amazed when I opened my door and I saw that city rooms have fixed all the issues I found in the room during my viewing. You will be a lucky person to meet YUKI, and CITY ROOMS.

GoogleWORST AGENCY ever experienced ! When I moved into the property in cold winter, the hot water from shower wasn't coming through and after complaining multiple times , they fixed it after 1 whole month ! They didn't care about all the complains me and my flatmates made. Giovanni is such a cruel and unpleasant person. I experienced some terrible issues which ended up to opt for notice period with one of the flatmate and had all the proof to prove the flatmate wrong. He simply didn't care about the situation and started talking rudely that he isn't my parent who will fix the issues instead of hearing me out. They simply don't care about anytime expect Money ! SUCH A SCAM ! Giovanni barely responded to my mails after him saying that he'll respond in 24 hours max. It took so many efforts just to get in contact with him for notice period. WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE TO CHOOSE THIS AGENCY!

GoogleWould strongly advise against renting with City Rooms. Our experience after moving out was extremely frustrating. They raised multiple charges without proper evidence, including utilities we had already paid (with receipts), cleaning without any invoices, and even “damage” for issues we had reported at the start of the tenancy. What’s worse is the lack of communication. Calls go unanswered, emails are either ignored or selectively replied to, and concerns are not properly addressed. Despite providing proof and explanations, charges were still pushed through Reposit. It honestly feels like they rely on poor communication and pressure to get money out of tenants. If you do rent with them, document everything, you’ll likely need it.

From the get go he put in extra effort to suggest to me an option which worked for myself and my friends and was patient and diligent with us through the signing process. First he asked for my budget and things that were important to me. After which he sent several links till I found what I wanted. I moved into the apartment and even renewed my contract. I would recommend city rooms to anyone looking to get a place.
