I've been using city room since May 2023,it is a disgrace to live in this flat in crayford The condition are very poor we face mould unrepair ,no lighting, no hot water. In October we've been 3 weeks with no hot water In November we've been 2 weeks with no hot water In December we've been 10 days with no hot water and still noh hot water is is a shame

My agent was Michele. Mine was a very urgent situation and I really had to find a place to stay. Michele has been extremely helpful and understanding. He updated me regularly with the availability of the rooms and found a place for me within three weeks. Everyone in the office was really kind and helpful. Nice office, friendly staff, good properties

4 stars because I didn’t find a place that suited me. Pablo was very helpful, and did everything he could to find the perfect place for me. He was straightforward, and didn’t sugar coat the situation like other agents do. The room hunt didn’t work out, unfortunately, but I’m happy with the service overall. I’d recommend Cityrooms, and Pablo, to anyone who is looking to rent in a shared accommodation.

Gotta say, I've been pretty impressed with Cityrooms. Pavlo was extremely helpful, even though he was actually on annual leave the week I was getting the documents sorted he still replied to help me! I was granted the room in the end after endless checks but only got confirmation near the move in date. So as there wasn't any reassurance beforehand etc kind of made me feel alarmed and not certain. The reviews I have read from time to time have been worrying. However personally I have not experienced anything poorly yet. The agent I was assigned to was adequate. It just was the wrong timing.

The property provided to me by city rooms is not only student friendly but also has a very genuine and respectful staff. They were extremely adjusting of their schedules as per my requirements. The price is quite modest for a property in london. The location was exquisite and exceptionally beautiful, had a view of the O2 and thames. Along with that, it was a well secured area which is quite safe for young girls.

Horbil agency ' i been stay with them 3 years .. i know how they operate ' rubish service' i move out from them recently on 1.08.20 East area ' 2 agents try to relocate me ' but they not being capable to do so' mean time i found Some were else' .I been with them more than 3 years' the service are way to down... we got couple issue in difirents proaperty we're i been with them' like roperry street 'murray square street' bermonsday ' so on... once youre out from them ' if you have deposit paid ' you will never get it fully ' they will found way to be charge ' couple off example wich im still going trough with this issue ' Before i sign the contract a year go ' i ask 2 simply question ' can i see the room ' they said no ' couse they dont have agend on field ' that was for relocation btw.' Anyway ' when i ask about the if it any top up card in house ' says no " i sign the contract and i move on ' when i get to the proaperty and see the room ' i was stunned to see horror room ' oil all over the wall ' dust all over ' mess on floor ' all kind off type of marks on wall ' i make picture and i send it to them ' never heard from them since ' i send like 7 email with this issue ' i new at the end will charge me ' that it what they did once i left from that proaperty with out look back , then i found later after a month ' is it top up card in house wich when i mention before the contract about any top up card... says no ' i send an email with this top up card wich was heather card ' during the winter time ' they send me an email back i should top up the heather card ' i send email back and i said i woùld take the proaperty in first place if they would tell me about the top up card... never heard from them since... we buy electric heather.. electric bill went up over the winter... never know...could be not... was not our fault about this issue... was they fault... now im still having open disputes trough mydeposit government... i send evrey copy off email plus picture as proff ... tired off them...this agency... Once i live this review.. they will says ' we dont have any history or info a bout this issue.. i tell you what...i left evrey single copy u send me to my email to my mate .. so they will know about extra charges at the end the're tenancy ' i WARNING my mate about this issue... Stay safe...
