GoogleStayed in the West Kensington apartment and received excellent service from City Relay. They were friendly, helpful and met our needs in every way - even offering to come and top up our tea and coffee sachets when we ran out! Great service.

The City Relay folks were super helpful - always respond within 10min max, very attentive and helpful. Akim especially was very welcoming at check-in and helped us get settled right in! Defintiely recommend.

The house we rented was superb and micheal was quite helpful to send tbe keys to the apartment considering it was christmas day.However still pending on the security deposit which was quite a lot to us, I wish they return it faster
