Great check in. Had a few issues with the apartment and unfortunately had to make at least 2 calls to City Relay to have them addressed. However the problems were solved extremely well...eventually.

City Relay are highly professional and responsive in managing the daily rental of my London apartment. They handle everything including making a successful insurance claim to AirBnB when a guest left a burn on the carpet. All dealt with quickly and stress-free. I can't rate Akim at City Relay more highly. Such a brilliant agent and so very personable. He really went above and beyond in terms of assisting me with changing my apartment to a rental property. I would not use any other letting agent in London. Highly recommended!
