GoogleWe were in this apartment in March. A terrible apartment with a damp smell, a noisy heating system, cable TV does not work. In short, terrible apartment !!! This company even compensated for the suffering we had experienced in the apartment - two nights free at the next stay, but after deceitfully claimed that the voucher was very limited. In short not to approach their apartments !!!

We just had the most amazing experience in a newly refurbished house in the heart of Notting Hill. The kitchen was spectacular and the rooftop patio was stunning. Definitely superior to a hotel.

Efficient, helpful, friendly. Also the flat they managed was clean, nothing broken, stocked well and everything in great shape. A good set of instructions on how to use appliances. Good recommendations on grocery and restaurants.

Stayed in the Watling Street apartment. Great location, apartment clean and well provisioned (dishwasher tablet, washing powder, tea, coffee). No milk sadly (was expecting long life hotel style cartons just to get through the first evening). Checking in and out procedure very easy. I would use it again.

Easy. And close to Earl’s Court tube station. A god send when you’ve a few hours to spend before going to the airport. Really cheap too. £5 a day! Highly recommend.
