During my 3 1/2 month stay at 121 St Georges Square I had several issues and needed to contact City Relay. They were prompt to respond. My main comment is that you can manage a property but it is really difficult to manage an uncooperative owner. I do appreciate that they tried!

A very professional outfit with excellent staff and communications. Guest feedback is always good particularly with regards to communications. The flat is always cleaned immaculately and problems fixed quickly without fuss. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

City relay have been so helpful. Akim came to check me in at the flat and was very friendly and considerate. I was running late and it was no problem. Then later during my stay, I had an issue with the key and they sent someone to help within 30 minutes. Matilde in the office was extremely quick to respond.
