GoogleWe had a wonderful first experience with FG Properties and it won't be the last. We stayed in one of their amazing apartments in Paris' Canal Saint Martin area. Everyone that we communicated with was kind and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, convenient, comfortable, and a very good value. It felt like home away from home. I look forward to staying there again and again and have already recommended it to friends.

GoogleDeceptive and uncooperative, a shabby AirBnB knockoff with poor customer service. They apparently don't require electronic access to housing units, so if you are arriving at off hours (as I was) you have to visit their office in Kensington to pick keys. Instead of arranging normal after hours access, they offered to deliver the keys to me --- for an absurdly high fee. I won't use this vendor again.
