We stayed at a flat in Paddington which was run by City Relay. We had a very positive experience with all members of staff, specifically Akim who supported with the arrangements. The communication was fantastic and efficient!

Roland met us at the apartment to check us in and was very thorough and helpful, cooling the place down for us before we arrived and making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The agents have all been incredibly communicative and quick to respond to any questions. Great experience!

Overall a very nice flat, recently renovated and nicely furnished. It needs a little more maintenance...there's mold in the bathroom and the fridge door is falling off and gets stuck.

GoogleLoved the flat! In a great part of London close to the Portobello Road and Kensington Gardens and easy access to the Notting Hill Gate tube station to easily connect to other parts of the city. Private and quiet and immaculate. Comfortable bed and pull-out sofa bed, and great shower! Picking up keys after hours was a breeze. Would definitely stay at the flat again and with City Relay again.
