Our stay at this flat has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Any questions we had prior to arrival were answered swiftly and efficiently. The young man who greeted me at the property with the key was especially helpful , professional and charming which ensured a fantastic start to the beginning of a short stay in London. Cannot recommend city relay or the flat more highly.

GoogleThe apartment we stayed in is very conveniently located in Chelsea at the Thames and there is no problem to reach any part of the town. The drawbacks however are: - poor sound insulation of the rooms; - very poor bed in one of the bedrooms with springs almost sticking out of the mattress and hence it was very unpleasant to sleep; - it would be nice to have more than just one big towel per person.

Very pleasant stay and very helpful staff. Akim, a staff member I met at the check in, was attentive, polite and friendly. He ensured that key handover was done timely and whenever this suited my schedule. He advised on places in the area, transport as well as all the needs to knows about the flat, super helpful. In general everything was ok. However, the place was so cold, we freezing even turning on the heaters. Also that is not acceptable that the guest have to go to search the keys at different location where the apartment is.

They accommodated our last minute reservation promptly and with ease. The flat was lovely, in a great location and loaded with great amenities (heated bathroom floor, towel warmers, electric blankets) which made our winter visit to London a delight.

We had a great two weeks in a property in north London. Nice flat and a convenient location for Highgate Tube station and walks in the nearby woods.The City Relay people were very helpful, including Akim and Viktor who organized our check-in on arrival. And when we had questions we always got prompt answers by email from Ana or Laura.
