GoogleWe were staying at Cathcard Road/Earslcourt. The flat itself was really great: spacious and really clean and amazingly situated: easy to commute by bus or via the underground to wherever you need to go. City Relay has a great communication, it has been really easy to get in touch with them. We had to adjust our stay and they were flexible to extend our stay and opt for a late check out

Great little place to stay for a few weeks.Clean and tidy on arrival and was meet by the manager to show me around and how things work.An issue where sorted straight away by the team.Recommend if you're here for a while with work etc.Plenty of shops in walking distance and weatherspoons around the corner π

Lovely helpful people who gracefully delt with our most pressing complaints. They were almost always fast to respond to my calls and emails. I would gladly consider a different property managed by these helpful women when I return to London.

City Relay functioned as the check-in, check-out desk for our Airbnb rental. The staff was courteous and helpful. They provide luggage storage for folks who arrive prior to check-in time and on the day of departure. They get the job done.

I stayed for a week in a flat in London managed by City Relay. Akim (Who received us) was really nice and helpful with the check-in and check-out process, we arrived a little bit late as we got the wrong bus but he waited for us and guided us through all the check-in process. Overall a very nice stay!! :)
