GoogleJust stayed for 3 nights at Lillie Rd 3 bedroom apartment, the apartment is lovely don’t like the surroundings it’s down an alley surrounded by dustbins and old cars and bikes. Not very nice at night The door to the building itself didn’t lock, part of the lock was missing not very safe! Very noisy at night. We have had a lovely time in London. I would use City Relay again but would want to be more central in a nicer area.

City Relay manage my London apartment for short and mid term lets. They run the property to a high standard and vet guests properly. Oona, my account manager has been responsive and proactive. They have also opened the market and offered me a longer term lets. Very pleased with the service and so far a huge improvement on the lettings agents I have used in the past.

Was very clean appearance, but 1 of the double bedrooms had a fault with the flooring a ditch, we realised when 1 of my grandchildren under 5 got a fright when wallking over that section, we gathered bylooking out the window that the bedroom is on top of a building site. Disappointed that I was not informed before staying so can decide on the safety for the children . Overall when fixtures completed i guess will be a great retreat.

GoogleVery good service from City Relay - they resolved small problems quickly. The only downside is that they didn't know very well how the heating works 24/7 at full speed. The apartment on Hazlitt Rd is recommended - quiet area (except when the neighbors play music at 3am!), well located in Kensington, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom in good condition, apart from that an apartment in an old building typical for London - poorly insulated, low quality windows etc.

GoogleI recently stayed in a lovely flat with this company that was located around Earl's Court in London. It was perfectly located (just around the corner from the West Brompton stop), very modern and sleek on the inside (with amenities like a washer dryer and basic toiletries), and even had a keyless entry into the building and apartment. The neighborhood is great for people who want something nice that is more local and not surrounded by tourists. Wi-fi connection in the flat could be better (especially for travelers who rely on having a strong connection during their stay), but overall it was a great apartment and I would recommend it to travelers of all types and ages.
