Management process was very good by Akim. No issues with communication, prompt and timely. The apartment we stayed in was of a good standard. Heating very good. All the facilities worked. Some constant noise from some sort of external air exhaust but no problem if windows kept closed. Water pressure in shower is a bit low and the lounge requires replacement. Overall however it was a great place to stay.

GoogleAbsolutely awful experience. Arranged a viewing with Saadiqah. Took a train 55 minutes to view a property and was called 15 minutes after my appointment was arranged telling me someone is waiting for a bus to pick the keys up and they’ll be another 45 minutes. Almost laughable 😂 …

Only small complaint is that there was no hairdryer in the apartment which was would have been nice as we were there for six nights. We got no response from the office about the possibility of being able to get one. Also, a toaster in the kitchen would have been a plus.

We are currently staying at a property hosted by CityRelay. Our experience at check-in was excellent. Viktor met us at the property, he was professional and helpful. On day four of our stay we had one small issue. Akim responded to our message swiftly and sorted the problem the same day! Akim also has been professional and prompt with very good communication . We will update this review at the end of our stay.

It was a stressful few weeks trying to find a short let for my daughter with agents promising to email back and didn't and landlords cancelling viewings. Then we found City Relay and they were understanding and professional. Marilou especially was attentive and patient with questions regarding our reservations. I have already recommended them to another friend. Fingers crossed the onboarding will go just as smoothly!

The team at City Relay are responsive and professional. Although I wasn’t very impressed with the apartment, I was very impressed with their customer service. They answered my questions via text within minutes, even late at night when I arrived and couldn’t locate the right door.
