Wasn't the best. I was worried about my bag all day because of where the bags had been put: by the doorstep. Also when I came to collect my bag I wasn't challenged for ID booking number or anything. Extremely worrying to think anyone could've eyed my bag, walked in saying he needs to collect a bag, describe mine and walk off with it. It wasnt even the same girl that checked my bag in who let me walk off with it unchallenged.

GoogleI stayed in 3 different properties with this company this summer from 22 July to 9th Aug 2018 and it was the biggest rip off in my life. The properties are basically “dumps” of small, old, “non-Airbnb standard” flats that are dirty, small, creeky and unmaintained flats in bad locations which are overpriced due to London high demand in summer. Me, my wife and 3 kids suffered unnecessarily during our stay in London. Going “home” at the end of each day was a true pain. This company even charged me 200 pounds from my deposit when we returned the flat by frudelant claims and lies claiming extra man hours to clean the flat. The rip off never stops with this company. My advice: Use Airbnb only and never try cheap copy car companies. Save your money, time and disappointment. For further details or references please contact me. I notice Most visitors to their office are complaining about everything, just like me. They never deal with complaints seriously. That’s the honest truth. Avoid them !

GoogleWe recently spent several days in a wonderful 1 bedroom flat very close to the City Relay office in South Kensington. The flat was perfect, and the City Relay personnel couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. We are planning on using this company for all of our future London rentals. We stayed in a beautiful, newly remodeled flat at 26 Redfield Ln for 4 days. The flat is absolutely lovely, perfect for 2 persons. It is close to the City Relay office, Earls Court tube station, shops, pubs, restaurants---all within a 5 minute walk. We highly recommend this flat, and City Relay, the flat is a wonderful property, a perfect base for exploring London, or just relaxing in the neighborhood.

I was in contact with Laura which arranged my viewing, this was done really fast and efficiently: I was able to see the flat I was interested in less than 24 hours after calling them. Now I wanted to enquiry into renting the flat, I was put in contact with Akim, who helped me fill in my request form and who called me to confirm all of this. Great service so far!

Nice location, friendly staff, clean and spacious room! You can easily find the apartment following the direction in th email. I arrived in the afternoon, with help from Akim, who assist patiently, I checked in easily. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and close to many restaurants and Tube station Mansion House exit 3I would definitely rent from City Relay again.

Perfect location, easy access to public transportation. The flat is clean, lot’s of sun light, comfortable beds, the linens and the towels are new. There could be more kitchen utensils such as towels, graters, etc. The reception personnel are very kind, prompt and helpful. Thank you

Customer beware, lost our deposit.We are a family of four, we stayed at a flat with a queen bed and an individual bed, an extra bed was supposed to be set. When we arrived, there was no extra bed but it didn’t bother us as our younger son slept in the queen bed with us.After we did the check out we received a phone call saying that we were going to lose our deposit because the extra bed we requested was not in the flat.We explained that it was never there from the beginning and since we didn’t needed one anymore we didn’t call to request one.Then we received an e-mail saying that we were going to lose our deposit anyway because there was an extra duvet in the flat before our arrival and it was not there anymore. We again explained it wasn’t the case but after they charged us £50 they wouldn’t mind answering our e-mails anymore.To be fair The apartment was clean and at a great location. Customer service was awful.

GoogleThe flat was lovely, nicely finished and furnished. And in a very convenient location. It had everything we needed and there was very good customer service in case we needed something. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Chiswick.
