Fantastic ServiceThis was a great service! Exactly what we needed where we needed it. It was very easy to drop off and pick up our bags and made our final day in the UK much more enjoyable. Great location means it's very easy to catch the Picadilly line straight to the airport.

We really enjoyed staying at the Holland Road property, keys were easy to pick up and flat was very clean and organised. I also liked the little ‘eco’ touches such as the biodegradable toilet paper and hand wash.The flat was also well stocked with all the key essentials. Great stay!

We had a great time with our accommodations in London. While we had a bumpy start with our pick-up, the place was very nice and well furnished. The location was great and the instructions on staying were very clear from the start. We had a seamless experience once we were dropped off!

The apartment was great. Great location, great cleaning, great view to London, near all the most important places in London and near the bus station to the airport. The staff was very nice and Akim helped me with everything. I enjoyed my stay at the Belgravia apartment and I will come back.

Organised a viewing in East London with City Relay and the service was fantastic! I was served by Lottie and Akim, the latter showing me around the property and he was incredibly friendly, punctual and knowledgeable of the property and the wider market. The house we saw was immaculate, and he was a genuinely very nice bloke. While the property was great it wasn’t suitable for our needs, but I would definitely look to find a house via them again.

I rented a flat on Watling Street for about 2 weeks and had nothing but prompt, organized and professional encounters with City Relay agents - Ana, Akim and Matilde. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and requests were promptly responded to and facilitated. The flat was nicely decorated and outfitted in a location with easy access to transport, shopping entertainment and many of London’s famous tourist attractions. It was a great find.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, they cost me thousands of pounds in lost rental and let Airbnb guests cause damage to my flat with no compensation at all (despite saying they were experts in this regard). Would never use to rent my flat or to rent from ever. I spoke to so many people and even attended their offices for a 1 to 1 - they’re great at saying the right things but then never follow through or just make things up! Please avoid at all costs.

GoogleVery comfortable stay! We were very happy with the place. The decor, bathrooms, and kitchen are updated and nice. A few unfinished bits of the house like walls or floors, but didn’t affect our comfort. Great location, there are bus stops near by. Would stay again!

The apartment is very bright and cosy. It has all the kitchen equipment needed for cooking, and all the forniture is quite new, including the bathroom. At the arrival it was clean and they prepared some water and snack to welcome their guests. The apartment is well located close to local shops and also to the Fulham shopping center, and tube station. In general the 3 months stay was pretty good. The only issue I had during the stay was that a couple of days the WIFI didn’t work properly, but it was solved quickly, and some days a bit of noice due to the vans driving through the road.

The apartment was accurately described and communication with the agency was very good. Check in and check out was clear and straight forward. When I wanted to extend my stay, I just rang the agency and I was able to do it straight away. A very pleasant stay!

I had a wonderful stay with City Relay in the Denmark Hill flat. From scheduling with Laura, she made scheduling and checking in/out a breeze with a such a smooth process. Meeting Akim at the flat was great. He even helped me with carrying up my luggage and walking me through the apartment. He is very kind and welcoming. Because of Akim and Laura I’m looking forward to staying with them again. Thank you for the great stay!
