My husband and I moved to London from India at the onset of the first lockdown in March 2020. We had been staying in different AirBnB's as we were trying to explore the city to see what area works best for us in regard to location - closest tube, nearby parks, markets, cafes, etc. This was out 4th stay in 10 months, and I cannot stress enough on the fact that it had the BEST customer service so far. The place we moved into was beautifully decorated, was very neat and clean, and had ALL the provisions an airBnB can possibly provide - water bottle, sanitizer, tissues, cutlery, plates, bowls, soap, clean towels etc. -all the essentials were stocked up! My husband and I were working from home, and if there was any minor issue we were facing, we would just drop in a mail, and got an almost immediate response, along with the required service within the next 24 hours. Since we were looking for a permanent accommodation, we had to extend our stay here twice, and that happened without any hassle at all.The staff is very responsive, supportive and warm. I would 100% recommend staying with CityRelay, and I'm sure your stay would be totally worthwhile.

The apartament we rented was well lokated with a tube station and busstops nearby. It was clean and tidy and big enough for a family of 5. Very comfortable and homely stay at a City Relay flat near Earl's Court Station. The staff were very helpful and easy to reach; I especially enjoyed chatting with Akim during check-out. I would definitely recommend checking it out, especially to anyone looking for a bright and characterful flat in a great location. I've given 4 stars instead of 5 because some things are a little rough around the edges: to be expected with antique furniture and upholstery. The flat can be a little cold in the mornings and evenings as the large windows don't insulate all that well - a price to pay for the wonderful light. If you don't mind these however, the place is very charming - worth a look.
