City relay service was really poor after a 2 night family stay in London.No hot water or heat in the apartment when we arrived and took nearly 24 hours and several calls to their poor staff to get a plumber out to fix it.They offered alternative accommodation which was not of a similar standard. Will not be using them again

Having stayed with CityRelay for a year now I have nothing but good things to say. The quality of furniture, amenities and WiFi was excellent, and if there ever were any maintenance issues or if I had any queries at all, the team was super quick and effective in sorting it out for me, no questions asked. This stands in stark contrast to many of my colleagues who have had terrible experiences with their letting agents. CityRelay on the other hand have been excellent throughout my stay, and the other residents in my apartment building were also very satisfied. I have, and will, recommend CityRelay for everyone looking for a flat/house in London, short let or long let. 5/5 stars ⭐️
