I stayed in a property that I found on airbnb that was managed by city relay. I was check in by akim who met met me at the property and was very friendly and helpful. He helped with any questions. He was also quick to respond by email. You have to fill out a check in and check out form when staying which is added above booking via airbnb which includes scanning your passport even though you are staying within the UK and your credit card even though booking though airbnb. This why I give 4 stars. I think this process adds to admin for the tennet and needs to be shortened but overall a positive experience.

Junaid, who has often been the person we corresponded with, was very devoted, professional, and full of understanding for our needs, and he did his best to resolve the issues we experienced in our three-year stay in a given property.

A very cozy living room and kitchen. The space is enough for 6 people. Baym House have a very strategic area, it’s near The Churchill Arms Pub and underground, so it’s very easy to travel anywhere. Not to mention the host, Akim, is very friendly and fast response.

The apartment was clean and lovely!We felt very comfortable and safe! Unfortunately there were just two knives , and the bedcloth had dirty dots … However all in all we would recommend this apartment and the neighbourhood! We would love to repeat this experience!

A great company who provide an outstanding service to both its home owners and the visitors staying at the apartments. A great service at the check in office on Earls Court, super efficient and effortless. Given a great welcome pack and a note on arrival at the flat advising who had cleaned and prepared the flat for staying.

GoogleIt was very professional as if staying at a professionally prepared place not like a hit or miss with an airbnb. Need to check the train schedule at Hanwell though, only stops every 20 minutes and delays in the morning, large crowd catching the train towards the city

My girlfriend and I recently had a viewing with Akim on a flat in Notting Hill that we are looking at renting. He was very pleasant when showing us around and was helpful in answering our questions. He was on time and the viewing went smoothly. The process has been very easy so far.

Excellent property manager company that took all the stress out of renting an airbnb while traveling to a new country. Knowing that there was a professional company handling all the details made me much more comfortable to book. Plus, they provided lots of helpful information and the flat was in perfect condition, well taken care of, and especially clean.

Googlewas very close to Earls court tube and Olympia where I had to be for business, so an ideal placing for me! small, but cozy, and offered everything needed for a short business stay

Would highly recommend City Relay to anyone looking to rent their home short or long-term. The short lets team at City Relay have been great in managing my 2-bed flat in London making sure that the occupancy levels were always high and taking away the stress of managing the reservations, arrivals, cleaning etc. Very well worth it.
