City relay was the management company for the flat we rented in London in June 2022.They are a profession firm and we received commendable assistance from their associates. In particular, Akim who arranged for our early check-in, Viktor who waited an hour for us to arrive and Amy. I would not hesitate to use them again. Also, if I had an apartment, they would be a good choice as a manager since they look out for the owner’s interests. My only issue was cumbersome communications since they have their own network outside of AirBnB. I would suggest that all communications at least be logged through Airbnb.

It's always nice to have a professional manager on duty when renting a vacation home, and City Relay is top notch. Everybody we worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. The office was open long hours. They stored our luggage for the day so we could be free of our bags after checking out. I would seek them out again on my next trip.

Unfortunately we didn't find the company to be that competent. The first time they sent us the link to book, they sent us a price that was widely higher than what was agreed upon. They then corrected the error, and sent another link that didn't work. When corresponding with them, it often took a while to receive an answer and it was always a different person who wrote back. Their team also doesn't seem to communicate with each other, which made the whole process more confusing than it had to be. Their check in procedures are not straight forward and inconvenient for the customer, with check in times being limited to between 4-6pm with a 30 pound early check in fee. Would not recommend.

I have spent 2 weeks in City Relay, and it was a very great experience. The living room was quite big which is great. Also, the kitchen was very great, Mr. Akim provided the flat with a variety of cooking tools from spoons to plates to boiler. What I also like was that the location of the apartment is really close too many different restaurants and sainsbury was 15 ft away from me. The apartment was also very clean.
