To date, my experience of City Relay fully managing my flat - initially for short/holiday lets, then long term since covid - has been good. Everything - from marketing to tenant background checking to cleaning - is taken care of for me, which is vital because I'm away a lot for work. Rent has always been paid on time, and I appreciate the fact that I have always liaised with the same contacts at the company, Eleni and Perdi, who are responsive and effective. I've recently had a change of tenancy for long letting and Eleni organised a deep clean, viewings, open houses, securing new tenants and drawing up the tenancy agreement smoothly and quickly, so there were only three weeks void between tenants. She also secured over the asking price for the new contract. Whenever there has been an issue - the washing machine breaking, a plumbing job, an electrical drama - Eleni and Perdi have just handled it and kept me in the loop. I appreciate that - and hope very much to continue in this vein.

The unit was clean and furnished as advertised, it even had little nice touches like two helmets for when you want to use the e-scooter and bicycle rentals, as well as some bottles of water and coffee packets.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Notting Hill flat. The decor was so cute and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and room to spread out. The washer was super handy also! Akim and the staff at City Relay were very accommodating and made everything easy.

We stayed in a fully equipped apartment. 10 min walk from pimlico tube station. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants in the vicinity , literally 5 - 8 mins walk away. Though it's in zone one and close to city centre but the apartment is in a residential peaceful area. We had very sound comfortable sleep. The check in was very smooth. My kids loved the area and apartment it's in basement so in the scorching heat this summer in europe , the apartment was cool and comfortable.

I stayed at a property near Angel in London. The flat was awesome. It was in a great location, just a few minutes away from Upper St, Shoreditch snd different tube stations. The place was very clean. Akim from City Relay was great and very helpful. Thank you!! I will be back soon.

Absolutely awful experience. Arranged a viewing with a member of their team. Took a train 55 minutes to view a property and was called 15 minutes after my appointment was arranged telling me someone is waiting for a bus to pick the keys up and they’ll be another 45 minutes. Almost laughable 😂

The stay was absolutely great! The flat itself was very comfortable. It was well located with lots of pubs, 2 grocery stores and 3 easily accessible tubes near by. The CityRelay team was very helpful and communicative with us through out the trip helping with any questions we had and ensuring everything went well. Amir, Matilde and Laura whom I contacted the most where all very helpful and kind making the stay much more comfortable and Roland who met us at the Flat when we arrived had the place well prepared helped us get situated very well.
