We were pleased to stay in Sherborne Court, a modern spacious apartment in a well-maintained block with elevator close to both Earls Court and Gloucester Road subway stations. The area is very nice and walking distance to both Kensington Gardens and all the museums in South Kensington. In addition, there is a major supermarket 5 minutes walking away. Check in was very easy and very professional.

Due to delays with transportation, Roland provided comfort that the delay was not a problem and he will remain at the property to wait for us. Upon arrival, Roland walked us through the property, answered all of our questions, took time to ensure we stayed a successful connected to the Wi-Fi. I was luckily put in contact with Marilou, and I can't express my gratitude enough. Having to deal with insurers, builders etc., Marilou bent over BACKWARDS to help me out. She responded quickly (to my millions of emails) always happy to help in a professional yet extremely caring way. 12 hours of being locked out an apartment (due to a faulty lock) near Bethnal Green and being passed around from person to person in between and no one was able to deal with an emergency issue. After spending the night in the hotel nearby the maintenance man arrived an hour and a half late and got us in, he was the loveliest and most helpful human. UPDATE: City Relay apologized, repaired the lock and gave a two night refund as compensation. They also promised to fix their emergency procedures. Location, flat and building is great, secure and lovely, water pressure is the best! However the flat could do with some minor maintenance (taps, handles and faucets in the bath and shower leaky and fall off) + the boiler stops producing hot water after filling up 1/3 of the bath, which makes it tricky to have a hot bath. Shower doesn’t drain well and fills up, threatening to leak and overspill. Some blinds or curtains in the living room and kitchen would provide an option for privacy from neighbors.

We had a little problem with the flat, which was promptly addressed; and even were notified that we'd left an item behind. Easy to check in and check out processes. The space was clean, in a good location, and exactly as described. The staff were all friendly and they provided us with information about stores and restaurants nearby the apartment that we found useful. Also, they offered a space for us to leave our bags behind after check out while we moved about the city on our last day.
